Parties:<\/strong><br>This User Agreement, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gezdora.com\/en\/\">www.gezdora.com<\/a> It is arranged between the website named domain (hereinafter referred to as &quot;Gezdora&quot;) and the real and legal persons who visit the site, become members or use it in any way (hereinafter referred to as &quot;User&quot;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.2. Definitions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Website:<\/strong> Managed by Gezdora <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gezdora.com\/en\/\">www.gezdora.com<\/a> domain named website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User:<\/strong> A natural or legal person who accesses the site, uses it, views content, or becomes a member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service:<\/strong> All discovery, venue listing, campaign, advertising and content services offered by Gezdora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business:<\/strong> Restaurants, cafes, hotels, tourist facilities and all other venues listed on Gezdora.<br><br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Subject of the Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This agreement determines the conditions under which the User can benefit from the services offered by Gezdora and the rights and obligations of the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Membership and Terms of Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.1. Membership Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Membership is completed by the user voluntarily filling out the registration form and verifying their information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The User acknowledges that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up-to-date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of false or misleading information, all responsibility belongs to the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.2. Account Security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and other information providing access to his account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The responsibility arising from unauthorized use of the account belongs to the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gezdora reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account when suspicious usage is detected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br><br><br>4. Terms of Use and Prohibitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.1. General Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It undertakes not to change the content of the site, not to install harmful software, and not to engage in behavior that would threaten system security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.2. Prohibited Behaviors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user cannot perform the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sharing comments and content that are false, misleading, offensive, or harmful to businesses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread spam, chain emails, viruses, trojans or malware.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempting to access other users&#039; accounts without permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copying, reproducing, distributing or using the content on the site for commercial purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using Gezdora&#039;s brand, logo, design and data without permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Gezdora&#039;s Rights and Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.1. Service Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gezdora reserves the right to change, update or terminate the site and its services at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete. It is not responsible for system failures, maintenance work, technical problems or disruptions caused by third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.2. Content Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gezdora has the right to review, remove, edit or delete comments and content shared by users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In particular, content that is unlawful, immoral, harmful to businesses or that may damage brand reputation will be deleted immediately and the user account may be suspended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.3. Price and Information Accuracy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business information, prices, campaigns and discounts on the site are obtained directly from business owners or third parties, and Gezdora does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user is responsible for confirming the information from the relevant business before receiving the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.4. Disclaimer of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gezdora cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The redirects and advertisements on the site belong to third parties and are beyond the control of Gezdora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. User Rights and Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.1. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All content, brands, logos, software, designs and data on the site belong to Gezdora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user cannot copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or use any of them for commercial purposes without the written permission of Gezdora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user agrees that he\/she will be liable for all damages that may arise in case of violation of these rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.
